Hello! My name is Sophia (aka Phe) and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008, and hold a Bachelor's of Specialized Studies in Pre-medicine, Human biology, Plant biology and Chemistry. 

After completion of my studies I found myself no longer wanting to attend Naturopathic medical school, but yet the urge to move back to a place I have always loved, the Yampa Valley. Once moving here I became licensed in the beautiful state of Colorado in 2014 and have been finding my way around this wonderful community of fellow bodyworkers, dancers, yogis, snow worshipers, river lovers, and all in between ever since.

My focus has always been reconnection of the various aspects of self; mind, body, and spirit, but not forgetting science plays a role in health and healing as well. I am clinically and therapeutically trained, but will always love the intuitive and energetic aspects of bodywork as well. Helping others become aware of their bodies and helping them heal themselves is my passion. 

Outside of massage, bodywork and Reiki I am a dancer of many styles including fire dance, hula hoop, and various prop manipulation. I also enjoy getting dirty in the garden and attacking mountain sides on my favorite trails, and spending time with my dogs, my partner Karl, family and friends.
